Navigate what you receive. Be intentional about what you leave.
Legacy seems like a lofty word. But I think of it pretty simply. Legacy is what we have today that is a result of who and what came before – the people who had an impact on us and the choices they made. As a psychotherapist and coach, I want to help you navigate that legacy and learn to appreciate and integrate the parts of it that have value, and leave behind what is negative or toxic.
I’ll help you explore your values and what you really want for your future, so that you can become aware and intentional about the impact you’re having on the people around you and the communities to which you belong – because you’ll leave a legacy, too.
